This includes strategic planning for systems, processes, and organizational structure to support the product pipeline, achieved through both internal and external partnerships. Work with senior management to create product development strategies, set timelines, and assess resource needs. Provide technical leadership for ongoing manufacturing support and quality control, guiding project planning, design studies, and adherence to quality standards. Drive the development and enhancement of business processes, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure financial and staffing needs align with strategic plans, managing team development, training, and budget preparation. Engage with research teams and marketing to explore new technologies and stay updated on relevant clinical fields, acting as a technical link with key partners and medical professionals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Engineering, or a related field. 10 years of experience leading product development projects in biologics, biomedical, medical devices, or related fields. 10 years of direct leadership and management experience.
