In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team in Donauwörth as soon as possible as our new Tech Data Production Manager (m/w/d)!
Manage the Production of all Instructions for Continuing Airworthiness for one civil Helicopter Program.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
* Production Management E2E (internal and external contributions: Squads, Subcos) in accordance with defined processes to ensure completeness at Aircraft
* Master Planning & Tactical planning management
* Negotiation/arbitration and alignment with e.g. Chief Engineering and Programs etc.
* Production Monitoring, Analysis, Reporting and Action plan: flow in/out, blocked, bottlenecks, performance issues, Earned Value Management analysis
* Contribute to Workload/ Capacity analysis with the Head Of Metier
* Lead the production management routines
* Monitor and Improve the Unit Cost, identify opportunities to improve products and processes
* Ensure Make or Buy strategy adherence
* Safety, Ethics and Export Control compliance in the production flow
* Contribute to the strategy of production tools
* Lead problem solving processes related to planning & workload/capa issues
* Validate the Work Unit Requests for the external partners and provide regular forecast updates
* Provide and maintain Tech Data daily/weekly/monthly production reportings
Desired skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor degree (Engineering or similar)
* At least 5 years of experience in Design Office or Tech Data
* Excellent communication skills and team worker
* Strong leadership and problem solving skills
* Analytical thinking
* Experience with planning, initiating, executing, and closing projects
* Experience in coordinating a multinational team
* Excel/Google Sheets Know How to produce graphs and tables on a regular basis
* English is a must, German would be a big plus.
