This is a key role where you will have theopportunity to shape and optimize processes across ourorganization. Responsibilities: Develop and Implement LeanStrategy: Support in the further development of an integrated Leanstrategy and framework that takes into account the specific needsof the company and objectives of the Incontinence ManagementDivision. Training and Coaching: Provide training, coaching, andmentoring to employees at all levels in Lean principles and toolsto ensure widespread adoption and successful implementation of Leanmethodologies. Process Optimization: Drive AM, PM work processestogether with ownership in the different plants. Lean Leadership:Drive the operational results with all plants and organizations ofour Incontinence Division. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaboratewith diverse stakeholders including management, employees,suppliers, and customers to align on Lean objectives, driveengagement, and effective implementation of Lean program. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor key performanceindicators (KPIs), conduct regular assessments, and analyze resultsto evaluate the success of Lean program. Represent theIncontinence Division in the Global Lean Network, sharing andimplementing best practices. Promote a culture ofDigital/Industry 4.0, integrating digital tools to enhance Leaninitiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement andinnovation within the company. Qualifications: University degreein business administration, engineering or related fields. Several years of experience in Lean environment and in implementingLean methodologies and leading Lean initiatives within largeorganizations; experience in a central area are advantageous. Profound knowledge in program and project management withexperience in leading cross functional teams and managing complexprojects. Proven track record of applying Lean principles andmethodologies, ability and passion to teach and coach Lean to widerange of organization with the target of improving the results. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data intoactionable insights. Excellent communication, leadership, andinterpersonal skills and previous experience in change management. Fluent in English and the ability to collaborate on across functional and international level.
