What you get to do in this role:
* Act as head of CRM Solution Consulting in the Central region.
* Lead a talented team of specialist presales solution consultants that is motivated and engaged.
* Own your business and drive growth and collaboration to do impactful people and customer work.
* Work with your team of SCs to demonstrate relevance to customers through great discovery and understanding of their business and requirements.
* Develop team members according to the demands of the business and their individual professional goals.
* Ensure continuous and regular feedback to team members through direct observation and peer feedback.
* Work with Customer Workflow and regional sales managers to prioritize Solution Consulting efforts.
* Jointly drive marketing and partner strategy and execution for Customer Workflow business.
* Support collaboration and innovation engagements with Customer Workflow product organization.
* Develop and maintain a recruiting pipeline of potential SC candidates.
* Manage day-to-day activities such as resource alignment and administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role you have:
* Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS environment with a background in improving customer experiences.
* A thorough understanding of the SaaS Market space and Service Management practices.
* Deep experience in presales roles and at least 5 years leading presales teams.
* Understanding and practice in coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
* Ability to motivate and inspire a growing team of Presales Solutions Consultants.
* Good communication skills and self-motivation.
* Fluency in English and German.
* Experience in Value Based Selling.
