The role As an IT Business Partner, you serve as the crucial link between our business units and IT. You are responsible for shaping demands, helping the organization understand their needs and making informed decisions for the development of the group-wide IT service offering. How you’ll make impact Business Relationship Management: You foster positive relationships with business units and subject matter experts to ensure cohesive service delivery and customer satisfaction based on defined metrics. Demand Management: You oversee the demand portfolio, ensuring compliance with procedures and effective prioritization of demands. You align internal customer demand with the service catalog and the project portfolio. Envisioning Demands: You collaborate with business, IT, and other functions to identify, aggregate, and shape requirements, goals, and the cost-benefit analysis for digital transformation. Advising on Requirements: You guide the formulation of requirements, objectives, regulations, and guidelines to align with the organizational strategy. Contribute to the strategic planning of group-wide IT services in close collaboration with the Group CIO: You contribute to the strategic planning of group-wide IT services in close collaboration with the Group CIO. Service Design: You anticipate and design IT services at a high level, tailored to internal customer needs, including content creation, cost calculation, and responsibility delineation. Speculating on Project Approach: You evaluate the feasibility of various approaches and make recommendations on timelines, staffing approaches, and project strategies. What’s important to us Educational Background : You have completed studies in informatics, business informatics, or a comparable relevant IT education. Professional Experience : You bring over 7 years of experience either as a Business Relationship Manager, IT Manager, IT Consultant, Enterprise Architect, or Project Manager in an international context. Communication Skills : You have excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of structuring complex information clearly and effectively. Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German should be at least B2. Customer Focus : You excel in handling escalations and complaints, providing effective solutions in a timely manner. Strategic Planning : Your capabilities include financial planning and organizational development. IT Services Expertise : You are talented at managing a broad range of IT services and delivery models within the IT infrastructure and business solutions. Leadership Communication : You demonstrate the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and fostering collaborative decision-making.
