At our location in Eppelheim we are looking for you (m/f/x) as: JUNIOR COMMERCIAL MANAGER NORDICS YOUR TASKS Work with distributors and their commercial and marketing teams to enhance Capri Sun brand presence in some of the nordic markets Deliver results: continuing the double-digit growth across the EU II region Build strong relationships: actively lead and manage the ambiguity of a distributor & the Capri-Sun brand owner relationship Set Agenda: Negotiate pricing conditions and Join Business Plan (JBP) terms, while securing alignment Managing the annual planning process: Set annual strategic joint business plans (JBPs) with our distribution partners and ensure implementation by working closely with both internal (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance) and the respective partner Cross-functional Collaboration: support distributors to implement the plan by working closely with both internal stakeholders (global marketing, supply chain, finance, customer service) and the commercial and marketing teams from our distributors Tracking: Keep track of agreed key performance indicators with partners around JBP and Above-The-Line and Below-The-Line activity calendars Promotional Program: Ensure operational execution of promotions, merchandising, and trade agreements as outlined in joint business plans Category Management: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and pro-actively support distribution partners sharing insights to unlock new business potential Monitor and track competitor activity and pricing trends in the market Improve forecast accuracy, risks & opportunities, monthly performance reporting and identifying short-term and long-term sales opportunities Work on specific projects for Western Europe YOUR PROFILE Graduate with previous intern experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Category Management in FMCG environment Experience in account management is a plus Understanding of P&L management, margins, pricing strategies is a plus Analytical skills with experience using Excel, Power BI or similar tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work cross-functionally Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Results-orientated mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets Willing to travel within Europe 15% of the time Fluent in English and good knowledge of German WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Broad variety of tasks and freedom to act Extensive onboarding on site in Eppelheim Plenty of opportunities to challenge and drive things forward Enjoying taking time off together with motivated and professional colleagues The chance to shape a loved brand that makes people smile all around the world An established and growing company with a strong reputation A fair compensation and many cool benefits
