Your tasks: You will act as the first point of contact for managers and employees, particularly in the areas of Business Development/Product Line Management, Technical Factory Support/Service Engineering, Finance and Research & Development, in all key HR-related matters (except payroll accounting). Together 200 employees. Based on your integrity and personality, you will act as a partner to our managers in all matters of recruitment/hiring, development, assessment, conflict resolution and coaching with the aim of contributing to employee and management development in terms of organizational development and thus to business success. Your tasks will include implementing and influencing compliance with the work and personnel development tools used on the basis of company-wide regulations, company agreements and statutory provisions. It is desirable that you are actively involved in the development of company agreements and general company and department-specific regulations in close cooperation with the management and the works council. You will be actively involved in the development of managers and junior staff, and you may also give your own training sessions. In any case, your tasks will include conducting talent assessments together with those involved in the process and coordinating local and cross-location recruitment activities. Your role will also include supporting HR and development (cost) planning and ensuring the implementation of the company-wide remuneration policy (not subject to collective agreements). Participation in company-wide HR projects and their implementation at European level is also desired. Your qualification: You have good knowledge of the entire spectrum of HR activities with the exception of payroll, both operationally and analytically. Sound knowledge of German labor law and experience in working with local and international (American) corporate functions and the works council. Your personality includes entrepreneurial thinking and acting, independence and a high degree of target and quality orientation. In addition, you are characterized by communication skills in an international environment, negotiation skills, assertiveness and high social competence. You have a university degree with a focus on HR management or, as a career changer, a technical university degree with relevant additional experience in HR. More than five years of professional experience in a comparable function in a high-tech environment and at a production site, ideally with an American parent company and with active use of your confident English and German (C1) skills form your background for our current challenges.
