What to expect:
1. Responsible for the E2E lifecycle management of thin film module relevant equipment incl. technical assessment/selection, introduction, phase-in, hook-up, tuning and maintenance.
2. Responsible for thin film module relevant equipment capability building and team management. Build team structure and sustainably grow the competitiveness in the equipment technology.
3. Provide technology insight and planning of relevant manufacturing equipment, to be on track with the industrial trend and direction to prepare key equipment technology and build the core equipment technology know-how.
4. Responsible for equipment upgrade, modification, or 2nd source substitution, etc. to enhance the comprehensive competency in the efficiency, stability, and throughput, while solve important technology issues.
What you bring along:
5. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or similar discipline within semiconductor industry.
6. Over 12 years of experience working on semiconductor thin film equipment introduction or development. Fab experience in SiC and silicon product introduction or production is preferred.
7. Successful mass production experience in leading factories in the industry is highly beneficial.
8. Good understanding of high temperature CVD, PVD and evaporation equipment.
9. Familiar with the equipment suppliers in the industry, and understand the equipment design architecture.
10. Independently complete the transformation and improvement of equipment, independently analyze and solve the abnormalities of online machines and products.
11. Be able to train new employees and lead team members to complete the scheduled work. Experience in team development and daily technology work management is preferred.
12. Hands-on mentality and open mind-set for cross-culture working setting.
13. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, additionally German and/or Chinese is a plus.
14. Open for international business trip or delegation.
