IT Support Specialist - CRM / ERP - Remote - German Speaking
A leading Healthcare customer is looking for a talented IT Support and Change Specialist to join their team remotely on a full-time, freelance basis.
In this role, the IT Support Specialist will play a crucial part in ensuring that the customer’s users have a seamless experience with a variety of enterprise platforms, ranging from mobile devices and apps to complex CRM and ERP systems.
The specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for the customer’s hardware and software ecosystem, including devices such as iPads, ABM, Jamf Pro, and essential applications like Salesforce and AX 2012. The role will involve setting up devices, managing identity and credential systems, and ensuring the integrity of data integration across platforms such as Lobster and EDIs. The IT Support Specialist will diagnose issues, escalate them appropriately, and ensure they are resolved efficiently. The role will also require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to reproduce and resolve problems at all support levels, ensuring timely and effective solutions for end users.
Beyond technical support, the IT Support Specialist will take a leading role in change management across the customer’s systems, with a particular focus on supporting users in the DACH region. They will coordinate efforts to ensure the smooth adoption of system updates, feature releases, and process changes. This will involve developing and delivering training, communication, and documentation to help users navigate new features and improvements effectively. The ability to prioritise and manage change requests, particularly for updates to platforms like Salesforce, AX 2012, and data integration tools, will be crucial to keeping systems running smoothly and aligned with business objectives.
