To become the car-changing destination of choice. By combining technology, media and deep automotive expertise, we've turned how people buy, sell, advertise and lease cars on its head.
What started as a simple reviews site is now one of the largest online car-changing destinations in Europe. Last year alone we grew over 50% with nearly £3bn worth of cars bought on site, while £1.8bn of cars were listed for sale through our Sell My Car service.
In 2024 we went big and acquired Autovia - creators of AutoExpress and Evo magazines - doubling our audience overnight. Together we now have one of the biggest YouTube channels in the world with almost 10m subscribers and over 1.1 billion annual views, while we sell 1.2 million print copies of our magazines and have an annual web content reach over 350 million.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Take ownership of planning and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns in Germany, ensuring they are effectively conceptualized, developed, and evaluated.
* Collaborate closely with international teams, particularly in Value Proposition and Performance Marketing, to ensure local market needs and conditions are addressed.
* Support the local marketing team, including Marketing Managers, Copywriters, and PR specialists, fostering a creative and collaborative environment where everyone can thrive and develop their full potential.
* Act as a key point of contact for our Head of Brand and Performance Manager, sharing local market insights and contributing to the continuous improvement of our initiatives.
* Identify and implement new, efficient ways to expand our reach with your team.
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships in the German market (e.g., with affiliates or service providers) to contribute to brand growth.
* Report directly to the Head of Brand at Carwow UK.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
* Experience: At least 3+ years of B2C marketing experience, particularly in planning and managing Performance Marketing, CRM, PR, Organic & Editorial Content, and Branding, ideally working with international teams.
* Work Style: Creative, collaborative, and proactive, constantly asking, "How can we do this even better?"
* Languages: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Mindset: Sees new challenges as opportunities for personal and professional growth.

* Task presentation interview with the above plus a hiring stakeholder.
