Your mission
* Developing product marketing strategies: Designing and implementing customised product marketing strategies aligned with business and growth objective.
* Leading go-to-market initiatives: Strategic planning and implementation of go-to-market activities for new products and features to ensure effective market penetration.
* Formulating compelling messages and positioning: Developing clear and engaging product messages and value propositions that communicate the benefits of Intershop products to target audiences.
* Market and user research: Conducting comprehensive market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and optimise product positioning and communication strategy.
* Creation of narratives and content: Working closely with the product and brand teams to develop compelling value propositions and key messages, as well as creating marketing content (presentations, case studies and product videos) to inform both customers and internal teams about Intershop's offering.
* Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and other cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
* Development of sales support materials: Creation of sales promotion materials, such as product and sales documents to support the sales and partner teams.
Your profile
* You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or communication, alternatively you have a degree in industrial engineering with a focus on computer science or a comparable subject.
* You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in product marketing, ideally in an international B2B e-commerce environment.
* You can demonstrate success in the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies.
* You have relevant experience in the positioning and marketing of software products, especially in the SaaS or cloud sector, with the ability to present product-specific information in an understandable way.
* You are characterised by an agile mindset with a clear understanding of tasks, standards and processes both in your own area and in related specialist areas.
* You have excellent business research and analysis skills as well as a deep understanding of customer behaviour.
* You are characterised by strong presentation and moderation skills as well as creativity, initiative and a solution-oriented way of thinking.
* You have excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English.
