For a multinational fast growing company, leader in designing, producing and commercializing industrial transformers we are searching for a: Sales Manager Germany Mission: Reporting to the Sales Director Germany ensures both the management and development of the business in Germany for medium and low voltage solutions, including the management of P&L as well as the achievement of all commercial targets, in accordance with the company's strategy. Main responsibilities: · Ensures the turnover and the margin by effective implementation of the sales plan; · Responsible for the management of the relationship between company and customers, in order to get competitive advantages for the company; · Provides the guidelines to develop the Sales Plan and present it to the Sales Director; · Defines budget and target priorities, assures the periodic sales monitoring, control and forecasting; · Identifies and qualifies new customers and proposes the organizational development of the business opportunities; · Recognizes and implements the most commercially viable solutions for accounts; · Develops a thorough knowledge of the business and culture of clients within a sector and use this to develop relationships and opportunities. Knowledge and experience: · Business or Engineering Degree, MBA is a plus; · At least 6 years' experience at electric manufacturing companies (transformers, control panels, power stations, switchgears); · History of working effectively with clients and delivering quantifiable excellence; · Good knowledge of the market.
