Your new job includes
As an intern (m/f/d) in the recruiting team, you will gain a wide range of insights into the HR world of an international company. With us, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a small team at eye level and become part of the Gebr. Heinemann.
In particular, you will
* take on responsibility, because you are the first point of contact for our international applicants
* support our day-to-day operations and get to know our recruiting processes in the process
* expand our candidate pool by creating job postings and publishing them on various portals
* act as the most important interface for our recruiters to ensure the application process runs smoothly and, if necessary, assist with interviews
* be involved in projects
Preferred Profile
* Current studies in business administration, psychology, human resources or a comparable field
* Initial practical work experience, preferably in HR/recruiting, as well as good MS Office skills
* Fluency in written and spoken German and English
* Independent and structured way of working in combination with an eye for detail and strong conscientiousness
* Interest in gaining insights into the HR world of a complex, international company
