Telus Digital is seeking an In-house Trainer to join the team in the Essen Office. This exciting role requires someone with equal parts passion and ambition to deliver comprehensive training which aims to improve staff efficiency and performance.
Role Responsibilities
1. Organize and hold trainings for new hires and experienced colleagues.
2. Stay abreast of changes in the workflows and policies and adapt training methods and materials.
3. Act as the point of contact in matters of internal training needs and for correcting inconsistencies in the trainings and reference materials with our Business Partner.
4. Evaluate new hires and maintain training records.
5. Quality assurance, as well as development of professional and communication skills.
6. Provide support for the team in the day-to-day business operations.
Required Experience:
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English.
* First experience as a QSA, PSME of at least 6 months.
* Enthusiasm and joy in training and motivating new and current employees.
* Proficiency in adult education or initial experience as a trainer preferable.
* Structured, organized, and responsible working approach.
* Flexibility to keep up with the project speed and openness to new requirements.
* Comfortable with MS Office applications – Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel in particular.
* High level of knowledge of Policy, Operational Guidelines, and Known Questions.
