Job Responsibilities:
* Build and lead the AdTech & MarTech product area designing scalable solutions for segmentation personalization and customer engagement.
* Oversee the optimization of our Customer Data Platform to enable effective segmentation and insights for personalized campaigns.
* Drive the development of self-service tools enabling marketing and retail media stakeholders to execute strategies with minimal dependency.
* Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to ensure the creation of innovative tools that align with business goals.
* Foster cross-functional relationships to unlock synergies across Marketing Data & AI and Category Management.
Qualifications: About you:
* Proven leadership experience in Product Management with a focus on MarTech, AdTech, or comparable areas.
* Strong expertise in ecommerce and customer data platforms with a history of creating impactful data-driven solutions.
* You are excited to work in a highly collaborative, innovative environment with a focus on stakeholder empowerment.
* Experience in buy vs. build decisions and consolidating purchased tools for maximum effectiveness.
