Our Breast & Skeletal Health area of the business is going from strength to strength and to support our growth, we are looking for the best Regional Sales Manager to join us. The Regional Sales Manager will lead a team of Territory Managers to achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets within the Breast & Skeletal Health business.
What You Can Expect:
1. As a Regional Sales Manager you will develop achieve and maintain regional business grow and market share through exceptional sales execution.
2. Coach, develop and engage the team and motivate them to achieve relevant targets.
3. Ensure fast implementation and execution of strategies, projects and methods.
4. Be responsible for the provision of excellence in customer relationship management, customer service and support.
5. Be the effective representative for and positive promotion of the Hologic brand.
6. Establish ad maintain a high level of Key Opinion Leader relationships.
7. Drive sales success by establishing sales territories, setting quotas, and Goals & Objectives.

8. Strong level of Sales Management experience in a Medical Technology setting.
9. A strong natural leader who leads by example, collaborating, coaching, facilitating continuous improvement.
10. Proven track record of achieving above and beyond sales targets consistently.
11. Able to excel within a results-oriented environment where revenue growth and profitability are emphasized.
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Proven experience with and understanding of the local healthcare system.
14. Capable of driving change management initiative and introducing new strategies and tactics through effective and collegial means.
15. Demonstrated success with maintaining existing customer contracts and establishing new business opportunities that measurably increase market share and growth.
