What you can expect:
* Develop and execute HUGO BOSS XP marketing strategy: create and implement tailored brand marketing campaigns that enhance member engagement and align with the company’s brand identity.
* Drive member acquisition and retention: design programs and initiatives to attract new members, while fostering loyalty and retention among existing members.
* Collaborate on product launches: partner with functions to create member-only product campaigns that promote new collections and exclusive member benefits.
* Make decisions based on member data and insights: partner with global consumer engagement to monitor member behaviors, preferences, and feedback to inform brand marketing strategies and optimize engagement efforts.
* Support the planning of exclusive member events: lead the global consumer engagement team in the organizing of brand experiential moments and activations that deepen member connections to the brand and encourage community-building.
* Manage the brand within HUGO BOSS XP and HUGO BOSS experience: oversee the execution of brand BOSS and HUGO within our member loyalty programs (HUGO BOSS XP/ HUGO BOSS Experience), ensuring they deliver value while aligning with business objectives.
* Ensure brand consistency across channels: ensure that all member-related marketing materials and communications are consistent with the overall brand tone, visual identity, and values of brand BOSS and HUGO and any subsequent campaign brand identity.
Your profile:
* Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree or have had greater learning experience through work.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and consumer experience functions (brand/membership marketing) within a fashion or lifestyle brand company or agency.
* Excellent understanding of consumer-centric marketing/experiences and the processes involved in bringing this from concept through to execution.
* Strong communication and presentation skills and exhibit confidence when cooperating with colleagues and management throughout all levels of the company hierarchy.
* Fluent in English (verbal and written).
* Excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver high quality results in defined timeframe.
* High level of organisation, leadership and decision-making skills to set right priorities and adjust resources if needed.
* Agile mindset, intercultural competence and comfortable to work under pressure in a complex and fast-changing environment.
* Profound industry and market knowledge.
