Regional Sales Director IT Security - Central Europe (Germany-Based) About the Role Are you an experienced sales leader ready to make a significant impact in a high-growth environment? We are searching for a Regional Sales Director for Central Europe, with a specific focus on the Public Sector and Healthcare markets. This Germany-based role will lead our sales efforts across Central Europe, working closely with our International VP. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic direction with direct sales involvement, ensuring the team meets ambitious targets and drives growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a geographically diverse team of 4-6 Territory Sales Managers, providing mentorship and direction to achieve regional sales targets. Drive regional sales performance, setting clear targets, assignments, and quotas. Communicate strategy and goals through regular team meetings, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a unified approach. Optimise productivity by managing individual performance and championing continuous improvement in sales processes. Collaborate closely with the pre-sales team to maximise success and ensure a smooth sales cycle. Promote best practices and align team activities with company structure and processes. Adapt and embrace change to meet challenges, while maintaining a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Build trust with your team, customers, and partners, honouring commitments and acting with integrity. Set clear expectations to support team members in achieving their goals and drive a culture of high performance. What We’re Looking For Proven Sales Leadership : Minimum of 5 years leading successful sales teams and 10 years in security technology sales. Track Record of Success : Consistent history of exceeding booking targets and sales quotas. Executive-Level Communication : Comfortable presenting and negotiating at the senior executive level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional Time Management : Strong organisational and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. High Energy and Drive : Self-starter with the resilience and motivation to exceed expectations in a fast-paced environment. Regional Knowledge : Resides in the assigned Central European territory. Lead by Example : A good listener and effective communicator, focused on actions over titles.
