Ihre Aufgaben
- As EMEA Product Manager Respiratory (m/f/d) you drive strategic market development projects to secure Olympus' market leadership in respiratory endoscopy in EMEA
- You plan, manage and control sales data (including monitoring, GAP analysis per product group/country) and define concrete sales and marketing measures to ensure the growth of the respective product portfolio
- You carry out market share, market volume analyses, and keep an overview of competitors' solutions and products in the EMEA markets
- You manage the respective product portfolio from product planning and forecasting to product launch and phase-out phases, proactively supporting our local product managers and sales teams in the EMEA countries
- You implement the European product, pricing, and sales strategy as well as the segmentation and targeting policy for the respective portfolio in close cooperation with the interface departments
- You support the development of innovative communication and marketing initiatives for integration and introduction to the EMEA markets with the aim of taking marketing activities to a higher level.
- You interact with healthcare providers, collect product ideas market feedback, and conduct product evaluations to identify customer needs and challenges
- In addition, you represent Olympus and its products at customer visits, international congresses, and customer events; you build and constantly expand a network.
- Together with our training department, you create training concepts for the respective product portfolio and support internal and external product training if required
Ihre Qualifikationen
- You have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering, medical technology, management, or business administration
- You have 2-3 years professional experience in downstream product management, strategic marketing or marketing communication - ideally in the MedTech sector
- You demonstrate independence/proactive behavior, driving your own business with minimal supervision
- Ideally, you have gained experience in coordinating multinational and cross-departmental teams
- You have excellent communication skills and fluent English, knowledge of German or other European languages is a plus
- You enjoy traveling up to 30% and are willing to relocate to Hamburg or the surrounding area
- Your strengths include a customer-oriented and commercial mindset, good analytical and conceptual skills and an affinity for medical technologies and procedures
- You have an inspiring character and strong teamwork skills
