As a part of Scheduling team you will work on improving the process and solutions we use to create truck schedules delivering for our customers every day. The team operates in the very middle of a bigger process that starts with network planning and volume forecasting and goes all the way down until the truck is secured in specific place and time. In this framework you will identify opportunities to improve the way we schedule as well as work on initiatives to improve our planning accuracy, automation in execution and simplification of the scheduling process in Europe and the UK geographies. You will work with a variety of internal stakeholders, including Program Teams, Operations, Supply Chain and Forecasting, Tech and Science partnering to improve our planning solutions. Successful candidate will have superb analytical skills, work extensively with data and KIPs, be clear in communication partnering with a wide range of stakeholders, always with an eye on the long-term vision and strategy, have previous experience working on complex tasks requiring end-2-end benefit evaluation.
