The Global Commercial Partnerships & Omnichannel Activation Team is critical to Adform’s growth and development to meet our client’s needs along with collaborating with the regions to enable revenue and facilitate incremental spend by working across 2 core areas.
1. Developing unique supply and data sources, with core focus on broadcaster’s so we can maintain a competitive edge in an emerging market. This should allow Adform to close the gap on our competition, building relationships externally and internally to ensure we have the right partners and deliver on the right go-to-market plans to deliver and exceed on revenue expectations
2. Create omnichannel commercial initiatives to facilitate activation with clear plans and demand strategies to ensure that we can accelerate supply sources and have the right demand strategies which then need to be successfully scaled within your region, achieving and exceeding on the Omnichannel MWB.
The role reports into the Senior Director, Advanced TV and Omnichannel and they should work closely together including other key stakeholders, across the regions, product. partnerships and marketing.
They are expected to be an outward facing ambassador for Adform on all things omnichannel and help to shape the perception in the market for Adform.
This role is expected to be an expert in their business vertical, with strong account management and selling skills to increase value and look at how we can future proof the business.
Your responsibilities:
1 Advanced TV – Supply and Activation
3. Work with Senior Director, Advanced TV & Omnichannel activation to identify broadcasters to certify/integrate with for premium inventory.
4. Owning (or joint owning) and managing the broadcaster relationship on a regionally level – working with Adform publisher leads when necessary.
5. Work with the Inventory Partner Lead to determine the best SSPs and best route with supply partners.
6. Working with Senior Director & Partner Leads to identify and start internal process for suitable ‘innovation’ partners such as targeting, data or measurement vendors that will help boost omnichannel revenue.
2 Omnichannel - Activation (all channels)
7. Work with the Senior Director and regional teams to identify clients and build a demand pipeline for omnichannel activation across all channels, delivering incremental spend on video.
8. Maintain a pipeline and understand the omnichannel opportunities for each region/country which can be updated via regular meetings or sales reports with regional teams.
9. Arrange monthly (minimum) omnichannel sessions with country/regional teams to asses' opportunities
10. Collaborate with the regions to support with clients and new business by attending meetings and contributing to RFPs, to increase revenue
11. Work the partner vertical leads to understand GTM partner initiatives (only on relevant partners) to activate in the region and establish relationships.
12. Understand & activate key partners across data & measurement to drive omnichannel revenue. This can be working with external data/measurement partners or using Adform solutions.
13. Identify channels for revenue growth and showcase how revenue can be delivered (eg. DOOH, or In- GAME) with quarterly planning.
14. Provide the right support to sales team and clients to increase omnichannel revenue eg. Education, meetings, collateral, advice, proactive initiatives
15. Regularly showcase success stories with the region or in an Acceleration session to drive revenue momentum
16. Ensure that you share knowledge and learnings across the team and the region to train and upskill especially with emerging opportunities.

18. Proven account management & commercial experience at an online tech company, 8+ years’ experience
19. Track record of managing accounts and GTM initiatives to deliver on results through others
20. Worked in a matrix environment, collaboratively with cross functional stakeholders and teams
21. Industry experience in ad tech and technologies, with expert knowledge in your chosen area
22. Strong analytical and technical background as well as business acumen
23. Excellent presentation & communication skills
