Your tasks:
1. You are responsible for the commercial management of tenders and offers in the areas of factory solutions, processing and/or software projects with high complexity
2. You will work at eye level with our sales and technical sales team in Munich as well as with our subsidiaries during the acquisition phase
3. You analyse the customer's bid-specific requirements, define a bid strategy together with the international bid team and steer the bid through the organisation
4. You create consolidated project calculations and risk assessments and implement the approval process according to internal guidelines
5. You support the sales department in commercial customer contract negotiations
6. You clarify project-specific issues together with the relevant specialist departments such as Export, Logistics, Insurance, Compliance, Legal, Purchasing, Controlling, Tax, Finance, etc.
7. You comment on third-party contracts or draw up customer contracts based on existing contract standards with the support of our internal contract experts
8. You develop back-to-back contract solutions together with the purchasing department
9. You are responsible for correct offer and contract documentation
10. You ensure the handover of project responsibility to the operational area after contract conclusion
11. You analyse and optimise the bid management processes and tools
Your profile:
12. You have a commercial education and, building on this, a successfully completed degree in international business administration, business administration or industrial engineering
13. You have several years of professional experience in bid management or customer project purchasing for international projects
14. You have already gained experience in setting up and negotiating international contracts
15. You have very good communication skills and are enthusiastic about working with multi-cultural, virtual project teams
16. You are characterised by your flexibility, analytical thinking, negotiating skills and solution-oriented, structured working style
17. You are confident in using Office tools, especially Excel+Powerpoint
18. You are business fluent in German, English and preferably another foreign language
19. You are happy to occasionally travel to our customers abroad together with sales and/or technology in connection with contract negotiations
