THE ROLE & THE TEAM We are looking for a detail-oriented, well-organized, and eager-to-learn Junior E-Commerce Manager to support the DACH markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) in driving strong online growth. In this role, you will work closely with the country managers and team lead, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Commercial Planning, Pricing, and Marketing, to ensure a locally relevant online assortment and an optimal customer experience. WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED: Optimize homepage content and execute commercial campaigns to capture local demand and align with the DACH trading strategy. Plan, implement, analyze, and manage onsite campaigns and navigation points to optimize the customer journey and improve business performance. Provide weekly assortment and website performance reviews for the DACH markets, adjusting local trading strategies based on trends. Provide input on the local market needs, customer profiles, competitive landscape and identify assortment related business opportunities. Participate in cross-functional projects, interacting with stakeholders from Marketing, Supply, and Digital Experience. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 1-2 years of experience in a similar function, preferably at a multi-national fashion online retailer. A bachelor’s degree is required. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tools, topics, and stakeholders. Good analytical skills and commercial mindset with a solid understanding of online fashion trading and customer behavior in the DACH region. Basic retail math and Excel skills, with a strong motivation to further develop analytical capabilities.
