What you do
The Client Delivery Manager in Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is the primary point of contact for SAP's private cloud customers. This includes our offerings RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) and Cloud Application Services (CAS). This is your opportunity to become part of an amazing international team in a fast-growing, dynamic organization.
In this role, your main goals will be customer satisfaction and commercial success while driving the end-to-end customer engagement through onboarding, run and renewal phases. The CDM has three main areas of responsibility:
1. Engagement Management: Planning & review of services in accordance with the customer’s project and adoption of SAP Cloud Solutions
2. Delivery Management: Day-to-day operations, projects, de-escalating critical engagements
3. Account Management: Commercial account management and customer satisfaction rating

What you bring
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business or technology related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.)
* Good understanding of SAP's Cloud Business, especially Private Cloud Offerings
* Pro-active, problem solving, "can-do" attitude and “customer first” mindset.
* Ability to switch communication styles for technical and non-technical audience with confidence
* Strong engagement management, relationship building and de-escalation skills
* Accustomed to working in international and global matrix organizations
* Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and German. Additional languages (spoken in the MEE region) are a plus.
* Technical / Functional SAP knowledge is beneficial
* Experience in a customer-facing role in the cloud or IT consulting business is beneficial
