Your Responsibilities
- Managing all operational warehouse-related questions in OBSE concerning Arvato.- Ensures transparency around the warehouse performance through KPIs.- Coordinating interfaces with Arvato and HQSA, Import, Procurement.- Coordinating goods reception, goods out and daily communication.- Monitoring the inventory on storage locations in the warehouse.- Taking care that storage locations are clean/bookings are executed.- Books scrapping and other removals.- Makes sure Arvato-related performance meetings take place (inbound outbound inventory) (facilitator).- Creates Arvato-related KPIs.- Summarizes daily performance.- Collaborates with OEKG Warehouse Subject Matter Expert (SME).- Performs invoice control.- Collects incidents and summarizes them .- Analyses patterns and makes improvements.- Works on process improvements together with SME.- Escalates systemic problems to SMEs.- Participate in regular and/or ad hoc calls with stakeholders if needed.- Ensuring good cooperation with Internal and External Stakeholders.- Verification and updating Desktop Procedures (DTPs) & Process Maps.- Taking action according to the assigned tasks and reports.Your qualification
- University degree in Logistics or Business Administration preferred but not necessary.- Minimum 3 - 5 years in managing warehouse provider remotely.- Minimum 3 - 5 experience in SAP (MM/SD).- Minimum 3 - 5 experience in physical inventory.- Necessity to travel 10% - 20% (warehouse visit).- Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Skills in high quality and accuracy of data analysis, structured and committed to deliver results.- Ability to work on a variety of topics to support work across the team.- Improvement mindset.- Ability to work independently with little supervision.- Excellent Excel skills, and knowledge of other tools (Power BI, JIRA, PowerPoint) will be an asset.- Fluent written and spoken English.- Strong communication skills, skilled in stakeholder management and building relationships.Your benefits
