We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong focus on product and project management. This role involves leading and supporting payroll transformation projects, leveraging Agile methodologies, strategic roadmapping, stakeholder management, and employee experience best practices to ensure seamless Payroll operations globally. Responsibilities: Drive and manage the Global Payroll roadmap, aligning closely with business and strategic objectives to deliver value fast. There is no one-size-fits all solution. Own the design and implementation of innovative payroll solutions, emphasizing staying humble to incorporate diverse needs, processes, and compliance requirements. Bring good vibes to facilitate stakeholder meetings and cross-functional collaborations to deliver Payroll process enhancements and Payroll products. Own Payroll migration and integration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency during transitions. Dive deep to develop detailed user journeys, process flows, and requirements documentation utilizing tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, Signavio, and Miro. Dive deep to implement process optimizations, such as Straight-Through Processing (STP), to significantly reduce manual interventions and turnaround times. Continuously raise the bar by establishing compliance/controllership frameworks and mitigate risk by ensuring Payroll solutions keep up to date with global regulations and industry standards. Conduct workshops and training sessions, applying design thinking methodologies to continuously raise the bar of Payroll processes and technologies. Utilize analytics and dashboard reporting to monitor project status, process effectiveness, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Create and own a Payroll analytics product in Workday.
