FRS Clipper runs a high-speed, passenger-only catamaran ferry with daily service between Seattle, Washington and Victoria, British Columbia, as well as whale watching tours. We operate year-round, with a very busy peak season from April through October. We are located at Pier 69 in Downtown Seattle, along the beautiful Elliott Bay waterfront.
Seeking applicants with customer service, warehouse, and/or shipping/receiving experience. Other duties include luggage handling, janitorial and line handling (no prior line handling experience required).
Hours: 4:30AM – 3:30PM; schedule is 4 days on and 3 days off each week
Must be available to work early morning hours, including weekends and holidays. We are hiring Full-Time, Year-Round employees.

Position Overview:
The Shore Support team plays an important role toward Clipper’s goal of creating amazing memories for our guests. This is a very active position that will keep you moving throughout your shift. Some of the daily responsibilities include:
1. Fulfilling our vessels’ daily stock orders (food, beverage, consumables and cleaning supplies)
2. Receiving shipments and deliveries
3. Warehouse inventory
4. Maintaining an organized warehouse
5. Janitorial duties of the facility – public areas, restrooms, office area and our dock
6. Setting up and breaking down guest boarding areas
7. Luggage handling and using electrical hoists to transport luggage bins on/off the vessels
8. Other tasks to help ensure our vessels sail on time with all the supplies they need to provide our guests with a First-Class service
9. Handling mooring lines – No dockhand experience? We will train you!
Qualifications and Skills Required:
10. Superior record for punctuality and reliability
11. Exceptional time management with little supervision
12. Self-motivated and strong work ethic
13. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines independently and as a team
14. Basic computer and math knowledge
15. Microsoft Office experience including basic Excel
16. Flexible and willingness to adapt to an ever-changing environment
17. Bending, stooping, lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, pushing / pulling up to 75 pounds manually
