We areseeking a driven and motivated Associate Director (m/f/d) (CostManagement) to act as a leader, managing cost managementprofessionals within larger teams and delivering successfuloutcomes for our clients. You will support the management directionand leadership of the Cost Management stream and other businessdevelopment related activity. Key Responsibilities:Leading aCost Management team, ensuring they deliver on allaccountabilities.Taking a leading role in interfacing with theclient, stakeholders and other consultants, at all projectstages.Provide estimate and cost planning including producing andpresenting the final estimate.Perform all aspects of procurement,including managing the pre-qualification stage, produce tenderlists, tender analysis, produce tender report, and compilecontractual documents.Manage post contract cost variances and thechange control processes.Manage cost checks and carry out paymentrecommendations, supporting staff as required. Complete timely,accurate cost checking and valuation processes.Produce monthly costreports, including presenting to client.QualificationsDegree inQuantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or arelated field.Minimum of 7 years' experience in costmanagement.broad experience in all cost management areas; planning,estimating, pre-contract post contract and final account.Experiencepreparing Cost Management estimates and reports.Experience withadvising clients on value management, value engineering, and lifecycle costing.Understand cost (labour, plant, materials) as well ascashflow, commitments and overall project costs.Experience with keyaspects of business development.Good organization skills, abilityto multi-task, and be a team player.Ability to develop good workingrelationships with project teams.English skills are required,fluent German language skills are preferred.Demonstratesexcellent presentation, verbal, written, and communicationskills.Working knowledge of MS Office software and modern costmanagement digital tools.Additional InformationOur inspired peopleshare our vision and mission.
