Are you a Senior Brand Designer who can own, maintain, and evolve a brand design system and execute exceptionally high-quality digital (and some printed assets) in an energetic, fast-paced environment. You deliver at scale and quality, with little direction or design feedback required, as a senior brand designer. What team you will join: This role sits in the Global Brand team and reports directly to the Global Brand Manager. You will join a supportive, effective, and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly work environment. You will have a great deal of autonomy and ownership of your role.
You will help steer visual design for the Global Brand team, which is responsible for drumming up brand awareness and generating high-quality business leads worldwide. You will work closely with sector-level content & communication seniors, as well as a social and video production specialist. Your role is to work alongside the team for best results — while also taking full ownership of the functional area of design. You will also work closely with a web producer, LinkedIn ads manager, and regional marketing generalists from around the world.
What you’ll do:
* Execute, maintain, and evolve our brand design system — ensuring cohesion and scalability across all assets.
* Develop website pages, including product pages, articles, landing pages, webinars pages, online summits pages, and other types of visual website conten.t
* Design and ship high-quality digital assets — web pages, display ads, thumbnails, email visuals, presentations, and more.
* Own creative for in-person event materials — booths, signage, and printed collateral.
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership to ensure the brand is consistently represented across channels.
* Operate with vigor and precision — meet tight deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and deliver — balancing for both quality and speed.
* Manage and improve design workflows to keep execution smooth, scalable, and efficient — including spotting design bottlenecks in the team and proactively creating new templates and processes to help the team to create final assets efficiently and effectively
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices — and lean into the use of new AI-driven tools
* Stay abreast of global and regional construction sustainability competitors, requirements, regulations, and trends in order to identify relevant opportunities
What you need:
* 7+ years of brand design experience — with a strong track record in B2B SaaS or digital-first platforms.
* A deep portfolio of high-quality, shipped work across web, ads, banners, and event materials.
* Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard tools. Motion design is a plus. Video is a plus. Neither are required.
* Highly organized and self-sufficient — you keep projects moving and maintain consistency without hand-holding.
* Analytical mindset — you get how a tech business runs and why good design impacts conversions, retention, and brand trust.
* You operate well in urgency and ambiguity — you see tight deadlines as a challenge to grow and stretch, not as a blocker.
* Detail-obsessed but pragmatic — you know when to sweat the pixels and when to move fast.
* Understanding of and passion for sustainability, ideally in the construction industry — but willingness and demonstrable ability to get up to speed with the sector is more important than prior experience
