Lastly, there is no timesheet Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer Law SPV Corporate Legal Corporate Governance Oversee incorporation processes, coordinate the opening of bank accounts, maintain statutory registers, and ensure compliance with UBO filings. Prepare and coordinate board meetings and general meetings, draft minutes, update corporate structures, and prepare shareholder resolutions. Handle KYC requests, maintain corporate databases, and ensure legal filings with the RCS/RBE. Draft and review agreements, corporate resolutions, and legal documents in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Assist in entity liquidations, liaise with notaries and prepare the relevant documentation.
