Your profile:
* You have completed commercial training (or an equivalent qualification) and have solid experience in the assistant sector.
* You are proficient in common MS Office applications.
* With your strong customer and service orientation, positive attitude, and willingness to help, you inspire both our external visitors and employees.
* Due to our international focus, good English skills are required; business fluency in German is a must.
* Reliability, independence, and a trustworthy approach to handling sensitive information complete your profile.

Your mission:
* As the first point of contact, you are the go-to person for our visitors and employees.
* Our new office needs structure – that’s why you will take on organizational tasks such as managing office supplies, catering, and other equipment.
* You support and relieve our CTO (Managing Director) by handling assistant tasks like contact management, scheduling, travel bookings, and meeting preparations.
* You assist our HR team in Augsburg with administrative and organizational matters.
* Contributing to projects aimed at optimizing internal processes and structures completes your diverse range of responsibilities.
