Medical Affairs Lead (m/f/d) Oncology
What challenges await you?
1. Provide leadership for the Medical Affairs Team Oncology, recruitment of new team members, development of team, employees and department
2. Strategic development of the TA Oncology in close collaboration with Oncology BUD, IBU and Global TA Teams
3. Product launches in TA Oncology in close x-functional collaboration
4. Collaboration with external HCP and institutions in TA Oncology
5. Planning and execution of advisory boards, scientific events, projects etc.
6. Close collaboration with PRA especially in regards of GBA dossier preparation
7. Medical approval, deputy Information’s officer
8. Medical education/training for Lilly employees
9. Preparation of scientific presentation and moderation of scientific discussion in Oncology
What can you look forward with us?
If you can look back on the following successes in your career to date, you bring the best prerequisites with you:
10. Board certified physician (Oncologist)
11. External network with TLs in Oncology
12. Several years of industry experience (Medical Affairs), ideally in TA Oncology
13. Leadership experience and skills, strong communication skills, business acumen
14. Strong strategic and analytic thinking
15. Experience in planning, implementation and analyzing clinical trial
16. A cross-functional mindset and a team player
17. Being agile and adaptable
18. Strong administrative and organizational skills
19. PC-skills and fluent in German and English
