Key Responsibilities and Activities
1. Monthly analysis of Advertising and Promotions expenses and its variances of actuals vs. budget
2. Preparation of various monthly management reports, reporting of Advertising and Promotions spending and preparation of Brand P&Ls, including comments and proposals for decision-taking
3. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts, as well as 3Y strategic plan
4. Support in monthly and yearly closing activities as well as internal audits
5. Maintenance of master data
6. Continuous Proposals on improvements into planning and reporting processes including reporting formats, managerial accounting
7. Ad-hoc reports and analysis on stakeholder requests
Requirements:
8. Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business, or similar education
9. Fluent German and English is a must, any other foreign language is a plus
10. Technical skills MS office (Excel, PPT) is required, BI and SAP S/4 HANA (PSP/WBS functionality) knowledge is a plus
11. Able to identify problems and suggest implementation of solutions
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability
