Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting: Global Mobility & HR Administration Specialist In this hybrid role, you will manage the end to end expatriation process and international mobilities between the main office in Luxembourg and our foreign offices, and you will provide essential HR administrative support. This is an exciting opportunity to engage in a role where youll impact both employee experience and operational excellence. Your role: Global Mobility (60%) Manage and support the expatriation process, including onboarding and relocating expatriates, and overseeing their journey from start to finish; Coordinate visa and work permit applications, ensuring compliance with immigration requirements; Collaborate with finance to monitor and manage the expatriation budget; Conduct regular check ins with expatriates, offering support on various administrative and cultural matters in connection with the HRBP supporting the same population; Maintain accurate and organized records of all expatriate documentation and contracts. HR Administration (40%) Support HR processes, including onboarding, and employee data management; Assist in preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with Luxembourg employment regulations; Coordinate with the HR team on ad hoc administrative projects and initiatives. Your profile: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Global Mobility, HR Administration, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of immigration, relocation, and expatriation processes. Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and with agility and communicate effectively with employees at all levels. Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
