Role Summary/Main Purposes:
This role is to support the company’s significant ambitions to grow its business in key channels in the DACH region (Wholesale, Retail, Foodservice & Convenience). We already have clients in this region, as well as in the UK, France and other parts of Europe and the Middle East. This is a wide role which will allow you to have visibility and experience in a variety of channels. Reporting to the Founder, you will help build and execute a plan that develops some of our existing accounts but just as importantly unlocks new business.
Work closely with:
· Our Sales & Marketing Manager, who manages our key accounts in Greater Europe: France, Benelux, and the Romandie region of Switzerland.
· Our German Sales Agent who introduces our brand to German clients and negotiates the listing for key wholesalers and organic retailers in Germany.
· Marketing Manager, who develops and executes on digital plans with the direction and support of country managers and key account managers.
· Global operations team, who develop forecasts to ensure appropriate stocks are maintained

Key responsibilities (but not limited to):
· Own the German P&L, driving sales, ensuring margins are maintained, and controlling general costs associated with the German market. Review the P&L monthly/sit in the DACH P&L review with the founder and agree on next steps and help to implement changes for your region
· Work with our German sales agent to identify new customers and distribution opportunities for Rhythm 108 in the DACH region Wholesale, Travel, Foodservice, & Convenience; develop a plan together, and secure new accounts. Work with our sales agent to split responsibilities and close in on new listings. Deliver on sales and profit targets.
· Drive existing accounts to deliver increases in sales by keeping in close communication with each client, visiting stores, and coordinating marketing activities to drive growth
· Shape pricing and promotional strategies to drive rate of sale at current and new customers.
· Developing trade marketing plan with Marketing to drive rate of sale at current and new customers.
· Accurately forecast and communicate with Operations to ensure all opportunities are always realised for us and your customers
· Build strong, strategic relationships with customers that raises our brand profile and delivers incremental opportunities such as brand positioning, collaborations, promotions etc.
· Resolve day to day administrative issues by liaising with our back office, finance team, and third party warehouses to ensure clients have everything they need.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· 3 years+ in a Business Development role, in Food & Drink, with a proven track record of delivering results
· Excellent communicator
· High level of organisation & planning abilities to work independently
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Knowledge working with Microsoft Excel
· Must be fluent in German and English
