Proclinical is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to provide vital administrative support to the Commercial and Digital Marketing teams. This role requires managing confidential tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment, with a focus on organization and multitasking. Responsibilities: Organize internal meetings, trainings, and document workflows for the Commercial team. Assist Digital Marketing with content creation, approvals, and uploads. Manage internal meetings, events, and create presentations. Coordinate with external vendors for communication, events, and translations. Oversee vendor contracts, invoices, payments, and track budgets. Handle contract management and documentation. Optimize commercial processes and organize promotional materials. Support order management and cross-departmental coordination. Administer the Commercial budget and monitor operational spending. Process offers, orders, and invoices related to marketing activities. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Provide office administration and serve as a backup for other assistants. Key Skills and Requirements: Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken). Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAP. Service-oriented, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities.
