You will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative measures and deployment mechanisms that foster inclusion and sustainability in the workplace. Furthermore, you will analyze and benchmark data to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to life. Assist us in planning and coordinating global DEI events, develop engaging agendas, liaise with stakeholders, and manage timelines effectively. Finally, you will support the creation of compelling content for various platforms, including blogs and internal communications, to amplify our DEI efforts. Leverage your skills in design and storytelling to create engaging materials across text, visual, and multimedia formats. Qualifications Education: studies in a relevant field or comparable Experience and Knowledge : competent handling of MS Office, knowledge in video editing tools and image creation tools, ideally first experiences in large companies by through other internships as well as in AI Personality and Working Practice: communicative and supportive person with an analytical mindset and excellent organisational skills Enthusiasm: affinity to conceptualization and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion in large companies, interested in animation Languages: good in English and German Additional Information Start: according to prior agreement Duration: 6 - 12 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required) Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university.
