Your responsibilities: As a team coordinator, you act as the central contact person for the receiving area and take over the technical leadership of the team. You are responsible for staff scheduling as well as ensuring and optimising defined processes and standards. Your tasks include the creation and maintenance of existing work instructions and their updating in consultation with your team leader, as well as the implementation of team KPIs and the derivation of necessary measures from them. Furthermore, you train new employees for the receiving team and are also responsible for checking and maintaining cleanliness and order within your area of operation. You bring along: You have successfully completed your training as a warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse specialist or comparable training and have ideally already gained some management experience. You have a hands-on mentality and think in a solution-oriented and innovative way. You are also a team player and have the ability to assert yourself.¢You have a high demand for quality and process reliability and can also identify well with your company and its values. Your profile is rounded off by a very good command of written and spoken German (C1) and at least good command of English, as well as good MS Office skills.
