What You'll Do: Deliver World-Class Support: Provide exceptional customer support through multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers. Troubleshoot & Solve Issues: Assist users with technical issues related to website solutions, providing effective resolutions to enhance their experience. What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service, tech support, or a related field (required). Language Skills: Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2) is essential to communicate effectively with international clients.
