About the Role We're in search of a Vice President of Sales to support our General Manager and Sr. VP of Global Sales at NinjaOne EMEA. Your main responsibilities as VP of Sales are driving revenue growth, leading our Sales teams and expanding our market presence. As a strategic adviser, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to continue our strong revenue growth, identify market opportunities, and set realistic and motivating sales objectives to facilitate the scaling and growth of NinjaOne's EMEA business. Comfortable interacting across the organisation at all levels, from operational functions to customer-facing leaders, you understand how to navigate the broader company landscape. This position is a key component of our organisation and contributing to the growth and transformation of NinjaOne. Location - Berlin, Germany What You’ll be Doing Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to further drive our growth in close cooperation with our General Manager Ensure that the sales targets are met by establishing a high performing sales team, including hiring, mentoring and coaching; foster a culture of success, collaboration and continuous improvement Support long-range goal planning for the organization, translating multi-quarter outcomes into near-term milestones within a simplified narrative format Set and adjust performance metrics for the sales teams and track their progress Implement strategies to improve sales performance and productivity Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting and reporting; ensure efficient and effective sales processes Build effective cross-functional relationships with NinjaOne colleagues in Product, Marketing and other departments to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals Provide honest and thoughtful feedback to the General Manager EMEA as an advisor/thought-partner, offering both positive and constructive insights Other duties as needed About You 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles in Sales strongly preferred Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment is strongly preferred Ability to build, manage and inspire high-performing sales teams Proven track of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth for a B2B SaaS product, ideally in Tech/IT Self-starter motivated by achieving measurable goals within a team setting, with a strong desire to contribute to the overall team success Ability to derive insights from unorganised information and drive process improvements accordingly; make informed decisions and think strategically Proficient with CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and sales analytics tools Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate business issues and recommend solutions; excellent negotiation and presentation skills You align with our values Curiosity, Integrity, Kindness, Humility, Builders and are committed to creating an environment where these values flourish in our teams Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales or a related field About Us NinjaOne automates the hardest parts of IT to deliver visibility, security, and control over all endpoints for more than 20,000 customers.
