Job Title Director - Outsourcing Officer - The outsourcing officer has a Master degree (e.g. business administration, economics, business law, law or comparable). - 10 plus years of professional work experience in comparable positions. - Expertise in the field of regulation of financial services companies. - Knowledge of the drafting of contracts including SLAs and KPIs for service provider monitoring and control. - Solid experience in IT service management. - Very good conceptual and analytical skills as well as communication skills and assertiveness. - Sovereignty in acting. - The outsourcing officer will have a direct reporting line to General Manager. Scope of his work will be: - Manages projects outsourced to external service providers. - Monitoring and review of outsourcing within the German organization. - Implementation of process and process changes based on feedback. - Providing high quality KPI monitoring, identifying and proposing metrics for successful outsourcing controls and understanding when problems arise. - Contract negotiations with service providers and coordination of the contract contents with the legal department, the risk manager and the data protection officer. - Coordination of cross-service aspects of supplier management. - Optimization of the processes of the contract and supplier management. - Managing the planning stage and risk analysis (including coordination and communication with other FDG functions), including assessment of criticality and materiality of (planned) outsourcing; - preparation of risk analysis; identification, assessment and suggesting mitigation measures to manage conflicts of interest; - coordinating business continuity and exit strategy planning; - Management and coordination of request and audits by and on behalf of regulators incl. follow up; - Evaluating the risk analysis for particular outsourced functions; - Ensuring compliance with the Outsourcing Program with regard to outsourcing agreements (in particular ensuring that mandatory outsourcing provisions are included in the outsourcing agreements); - Ongoing management of outsourcing risk (including concentration risk); - Preparing outsourcing risk reports for other functions and the Managing Directors of FDG; - Coordinating meetings to ensure that shortcomings of outsourcing providers are correctly addressed; - Maintaining the Outsourcing Inventory; - Raising awareness and providing training with regard to outsourcing; - Development of the requirements for outsourcing taking into account regulatory, regulatory and legal requirements. - Central contact for all questions about outsourcing. - Coordination and review of the risk analyzes carried out. - Management and administration of the contract portfolio. - Supervision of the departments in the design of exit strategies, KPIs etc - Supporting the departments in designing monitoring and control measures - annual status reports for outsourcing to management. - Oversee and coordinate outsourcing as a second line of defence control function - Compliance with global and local regulatory requirements.
