What to Expect:
As a 2nd Level IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing onsite support, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
* Installation, configuration, and setup of complex IT systems
* Deployment and maintenance of IT systems (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
* Hardware repairs and 2nd level support tasks using a ticketing system
* Creation of system documentation
Your Skills:
* At least 2 years of professional experience in IT Support
* Software & Hardware knowledge in Second Level
* Experience with ticketing systems, Microsoft environment, and Windows operating system
* Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B1)
