Position Overview: The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for supporting the company in various administrative and operational tasks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and payroll administration. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and coordinating orientation programs. Ensure all required documentation is completed and filed appropriately. Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefits information. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR). Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as absences, bonuses, and leaves. Support the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks. HR Policy Implementation: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure employees are informed of HR policies and respond to inquiries regarding HR-related issues. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events. HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, such as headcount, turnover rates, and other HR metrics. Assist in HR audits and compliance reviews. General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the company, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential information. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
