Responsibilities We are looking for a highly motivated Senior developer to be part of a high performing team in Social Media analysis space helping to detect quality regressions through social monitoring as soon as possible. You will play a key role developing ML and AI algorithms to process hundreds of thousands social posts (forums, blogs, User Initiated Feedback, admins mailing lists, etc) every month detecting potential regressions in servicing updates and surfacing this information to feature owners. You will be part of a team building complex data processing, data analysis systems focusing on NLP, text classifiers, text clustering, emerging topics, trending analysis enabling engineers to find a needle in the haystack. You will have an opportunity to aggregate Pre-Release health signals into rich data warehouses enabling analysis, monitoring, transparency and correlation across wide range of sources. Other Embody our culture (https://careers.microsoft.com/us/en/culture) and values (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/about/corporate-values) Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science OR related technical field AND 4 years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, OR Python 4 years of software development and design experience with Object-Oriented paradigm (C#, Java, or others). 3 years of building cloud native apps using Azure or AWS. Customer obsession ? both internal and external customers are critical. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Excellent problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. Experience with SQL Server / Oracle database. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). Web development experience using Angular, React.
