Responsibilities:
1. Overall responsibility for market expansion and sales success
2. Disciplinary leadership, coaching and further development of the internal team and external partners
3. Dynamic adaptation of sales strategies to the prevailing requirements of the market
4. Definition and implementation of the sales strategy to achieve the sales targets
5. Early identification of job opportunities and their consistent processing
6. Independent support and further development of selected, well-known key customers, expansion of business relationships and acquisition of new projects
7. Conducting negotiations in a national and international environment
8. Sales controlling and preparation of sales budget
9. Exchange with the sales organizations of the BMZ Group
10. Direct reporting line to the management
