We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Aerostructures and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Supply Chain & Quality Manager" (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
* Manage Supply Chain and Quality topics for dedicated suppliers and work packages to maintain supplier contractual quality compliance, maintain expected level of supplier performance (delivery, quality, industrial risks)
* Be the face of Airbus for the operational performance management towards the supplier
* Analysis of performance deviation and non-conforming items. Root Cause Analysis and corrective action implementation
* Responsibilities will include cross-functional management to develop & qualify new suppliers and products (NPI), to support a streamlined production system with appropriate capacity
* Work with supplier to ensure proper risk mitigation and a continuous improvement approach driven by consistent structured management routines
* Assess new and existing supplier capabilities to meet product, cost, quality, capacity and fulfillment ensuring suppliers are able to meet requirements for performance, quality, cost and delivery of components and requirements for Airbus Supplier Requirements (ASR)
Your profile:
* Completed studies in the field of engineering, Business administration, quality management, supply chain or a comparable qualification
* More than two years of professional experience in the field of:
o Supplier Management
o Quality Management
o Quality assurance
o Supply Chain
* Over one year of professional experience in the aerospace sector
* Experience in problem-solving methods and quality standards such as APQP
* Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
* Knowledge of Google Workspace
* Proficient knowledge of German
* Fluent in English
