Mitarbeit am Monatsabschluss und vorbereitende Tätigkeiten. Ergebnis- & Abweichungsanalyse zum Monatsabschluss. Zusammenstellung und Auswertung von Daten für den monatlichen Forecast. Erstellung von Berichten/ Präsentationen für das externe und interne Berichtswesen. Durchführung der Bewertungskalkulationen zur Ermittlung der Herstellkosten. Mitarbeit Budgetplanung/ Managementplanung: Daten sammeln, aufbereiten und auswerten. Bearbeitung von Sonderthemen. Ansprechpartner externer Dienstleister. Verantwortung für die interne Bearbeitung und termingerechte Erstellung/ Einhaltung (L262). Verantwortung für die Erstellung, Prüfung und termingerechte Meldung (Stat. Bundesamt). Wichtige Pflichten und Verantwortlichkeiten Selbständige Zusammenstellung und Auswertung der Plandaten für Budget und Forecast. Selbständige Durchführung von Ergebnis- und Abweichungsanalyse für den Monatsabschluss. Erstellen von Berichten für das externe und interne Berichtswesen. Aufbereitung und Upload der Monatsabschlussergebnisse (Ist- und Planzahlen) für die Konsolidierung auf Konzernebene. Durchführung der Plankalkulation zur Ermittlung der Herstellkosten. Qualifikationen und Erfahrugen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Statistik, Ingenieurwesen oder eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im verwandten Bereich. Nachgewiesene erste Erfahrung in der Produktionsberichterstattung, Datenanalyse oder einer ähnlichen Rolle. Beherrschung von Datenanalysetools und Software wie Excel (Fortgeschritten), Power BI, SQL und ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, Oracle). Starke analytische und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit Augenmerk auf Detailgenauigkeit und Präzision. Kenntnisse zu HGB und IFRS von Vorteil. Solide Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten. Fähigkeit selbstständig und im Team in einem schnelllebigen und flexiblen Umfeld zu arbeiten. Hervorragende Organisations- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten. This involves preparing and analyzing financial reports, developing budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You aim to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements, while collaborating with various departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting in HFM, including maintaining, analyzing, and preparing data for flash reports, actuals, forecasts, variances, and budget planning. Assisting with month-end closing activities and preparatory tasks. Conducting results and variance analysis for month-end closing. Compiling and analyzing data for the monthly forecast. Creating reports/presentations for external and internal reporting. Planning and implementing strategic measures. Conducting valuation calculations to determine production costs. Assisting with budget planning/management planning: collecting, preparing, and analyzing data. Handling special topics and acting as the point of contact for external service providers. L262: Responsible for internal processing and timely preparation/compliance. Federal Statistical Office: Responsible for preparation, review, and timely reporting. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in production reporting, data analysis, or a similar role. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel (Advanced), Power BI, SQL, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
