YOUR MISSION As our rockstar in Operational Excellence (m/w/x) : You’re at min. available 20h/week. You will help shaping our startup from the ground up. The role is flexible and adjusted to your skills and interests as well as our business needs YOUR TASKS You will create, review, and refine standard operating procedures to ensure that processes are documented, standardized, and scalable You will implement internal tooling like Customer Relationship Management/ Customer Success and Project Management platforms You will develop and create analytics metrics and workflows that will shape our internal as well as external collaboration Identify opportunities to integrate automation or other technologies to improve efficiency You will contribute to our ambition of being a learning organization and will proactively drive our knowledge management infrastructure Collaborate and report to our Head of Solutions as well as the whole Customer Experience team YOUR PROFILE Enthusiasm to work for an early-stage VC-backed company Interest in tech solutions and basic understanding of tech vocabulary and data structures First experience working in a customer facing team (preferably in an earlier B2B role in SaaS) Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset Structured work approach and the ability to organize yourself Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and hands-on mentality You are fluent in written and spoken German, English We know — sometimes you can’t tick every box.
