What You’ll Do
* Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding enterprise prospects through the pre-sales process.
* Qualify customer needs and align solutions to business and technical goals.
* Deliver tailored demos, run data workshops, and support POCs to drive adoption.
* Lead technical responses for RFIs/RFPs and troubleshoot implementation challenges.
* Collaborate with product and support teams to resolve technical blockers.
* Ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Customer Success.
What You’ll Need
* 3+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar role.
* Strong communication skills, engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
* Solid understanding of SaaS, APIs, integrations, and modern web frameworks.
* Experience with cloud infrastructure, architecture design, and migrations.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive customer success.
