Position Overview
* We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager who is dynamic, proactive, and capable of working independently. This role is critical to driving HR operations while fostering a collaborative and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will balance strong process orientation with creative, out-of-the-box thinking to improve organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team of 20 members
* dynamic, proactive, and capable of working independently.
* Recruitment management and facility management
* Supervise facility operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
* Handle payroll preparation, including timesheet collection and administrative support
* Ensure all HR activities are compliant with German labour laws
* Collaborate with both the German and French offices to ensure alignment and communication
* Continuously improve HR processes and support employee engagement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in HR management, ideally within a mid-to-large sized organization
* Deep understanding of German labor law and payroll processes
* Fluent in German and English (French is a strong advantage)
* Strong organizational skills with a strategic mindset
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
* Complete on-site (1 day of remote work possible)
